Take the taste of Philmont with you on your adventures no matter where you are! These 4 oz. jerky snack bites 30 packs are made with bison meat from Philmont's very own bison herd. You may catch a glimpse of them grazing in the pasture on the west side of State Highway 21 between Cimarron and Base Camp.

Ingredients:

PEPPER (Bison/Pork): bison & pork, salt, corn syrup solids, spices, dextrose, garlic powder, water, natural flavoring, paprika, sodium erythorbate, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite, red 3, and collagen casing. Sprayed with potassium sorbate to improve quality.

JALAPENO CHEDDAR (Bison/Pork): bison & pork, salt, cheddar cheese: (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), water, cream, sodium phosphates, salt and beta carotene, (color), powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), potassium sorbate and/or natamycin (preservatives), salt, corn syrup solids, dried jalapenos, spices, dextrose, water, natural flavoring, paprika, sodium erythorbate, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrite, red 3, and collagen casings. Sprayed with potassium sorbate to improve quality.
