RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be new, unused, and show no signs of trail use.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
Need a different size or item?
- Download and complete our Return & Exchange Form.
- Include the completed form with the merchandise you are returning.
- Ship the package to the address listed on the form.
- Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost.
If you received the item you ordered but need a different size or item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Tooth of Time Traders will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you received the correct item but would like to return it, complete our Return & Exchange Form and mail it with your merchandise to the address listed on the form.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and approved, the merchandise amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
For purchases made in person at Tooth of Time Traders, we may need to contact you for additional information in order to process your refund.
DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE?
If you received an incorrect item or there was another problem with your order caused by us, please contact Tooth of Time Traders before mailing anything back.
We will provide you with a prepaid printable return shipping label and make it right at no cost to you.
