The Philmont collage design on the back of the shirt symbolizes the life changing adventure of your journey from beginning to end. This all-inclusive graphic begins with a sunrise at the start of your trek and the historic Philmont Scout Ranch gateway, the marker of our camping-headquarters. Moving on, the elements display the spectacular 140-thousand-acre view surrounding the ranch and the Tooth of Time. As you embark on your trek, you’ll remember nights at the campfire under the amazing stars. After completing your trek, you’ll be awarded the distinctive Philmont Arrowhead Patch, which notes the challenging and monumental endeavor you have achieved. The sunset view commemorates the end of your journey.

The front of the shirt has our traditional Philmont Arrowhead along with 3 lines of customizable text to make your crew shirts personal and even more meaningful to you.

We opted for top-of-the-line shirts for our crew program this year to ensure quality, comfort, and durability. These long sleeve shirts are made of 100% Polyester Syntrel which combines unique microfiber packets with advanced knitting technology to channel moisture from the body and allow free flow of air for high performance activities. It has superior moisture transport technology, extreme dry rate, and effortless care. The art is placed on the shirt via a sublimation process which makes the art virtually impossible to feel which helps to ensure the back art does not stick to you while wearing your pack on your hike.

12 shirt order minimums. You must have the same art, shirt color, and customization for a minimum of 12 shirts. You are allowed to change the size and sleeve length in these minimums.

Please allow up to 10 weeks from date of purchase for shirts to be delivered.

Edits must be made within 7 days of ordering, no exceptions. Once 7 days have passed we will send your order right into production.

STEPS TO ORDER:

1.       Sit down with your crew and discuss which options you’d like for your 2023 crew shirts. You’ll need to decide on color, art style, and 3 lines of customization.

2.       Enter your order on our website following the next steps.

a.       Select sleeve length

b.       Select color

c.       Select art (Shield, Collage, Tooth of Time, or 12-Day Itinerary)

d.       Enter 2-3 lines of customization

e.        Select the size and enter quantity for that size

f.       Add to cart

g.       Ignore the pop-up box – This will save all your customization

j.         Select the next size need and quantity – repeat steps e-g for each size needed

i.         Once you are done head to checkout
