The Patch
This patch represents so many fond memories of our time at Ute Gulch. It was this camp where I came and enjoyed delicious fruit after days of eating sawdust. It was this camp where my pack instantly was unburdened of uneaten food from past meals as I exchanged it for new foods, and my pack which had been getting lighter in weight over the past three days became heavy once again. This patch is beautifully embroidered to remind of all of the Sure Fine culinary delights. The radio tower where the staff received the daily weather reports is prominently featured along with the roof we crowded under during the rainstorm. The only thing not included is PIE. IYKYK. Sadly this is not priced at 3.14159 but it should be a required addition to any serious Philmont trekkers patch collection.
